A man was just coming out of anesthesia after a series of tests in the hospital, and his wife was sitting at his bedside. His eyes fluttered open, and he murmured, “You’re beautiful.” Flattered, the wife continued her vigil while he drifted back to sleep. Later, her husband woke up and said, “You’re cute.” Startled, she asked him, “What happened to beautiful” “The drugs are wearing off” he replied. 한 남자가 일련의 검사 끝에 마취에서 막 깨어났다. 그의 부인이 그의 곁에서 자리를 지키고 있었다. 남편이 눈을 부르르 떨며 중얼거렸다. “당신은 참 아름답소.” 기분이 좋아진 부인은 남편이 잠들 때까지 잠을 자지 않고 자리를 지켰다. 한참 뒤에 잠에서 깬 남편이 말했다. “당신은 참 귀엽군.” 부인은 놀라서 남편에게 물었다. “아까는 아름답다고 하더니 어떻게 된 거에요?” 남편이 대답했다. “약 기운이 떨어지고 있소.”
